KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 202
Low-emission 2-Component-Epoxy-Resin-Coating, AgBB-tested with the appropriate accreditation, suitable for an “industrial” recreation room.
The high-quality, free-flow coating KLBSYSTEM
EPOXY EP 202 is based on a lowemission and solvent-free 2-Component-
Epoxy-Resin which features very low VOC*- values. Suitable for many areas like private domains, commercially or industrially used areas with a medium to high load. The 3-layer
system offers a smooth surface due to its free flow and planing characteristics.
The floor is very easy to clean and extremely hygienic. The surface can be produced very fast and economical with KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 202 which is also very beneficial for reconstruction. The free-flow coating is available in a great variety and different colours depending on the design and demand. By applying subsequent coatings or adding quartz sand adequate anti-slip grades can be achieved. The cured coating offers resistance to multiple chemicals.
Application Area:
– Especially for residential properties,
recreation- and adjoining rooms where
people remain, e. g. offices, conferenceand
training classrooms, nurseries, schools,
cafeteria, restaurants, show rooms as well
as private residential and recreation areas
– But also for emission-free commercially and
industrially used areas, e. g. production,
laboratories, stock- and consignment areas

Pigmented, low-emission 2-C-Epoxy-Resin-Sealer
KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 740 E is a 2-Component, water-emulsified, pigmented Epoxy- Resin-Sealer for thin coatings. KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 740 E is mainly used as a sealer on concrete, cement screed, magnesia and mastic asphalt, as well as for reconstructing already existing surfaces. The material is easy to apply with a roller and is pleasant to work with and environmentally friendly due to its consistency. Applied in 2 – 3 layers a durable and optically appealing floor sealer is achieved. The material cures by drying and chemically cross-linking to a sturdy and robust film with good adhesion. KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 740 E is adjusted with low emission and results in a energy-elastic, almost abrasion resistant film. Physiologically harmless with good resistance to aqueous solutions, diluted acids and bases as well as to engine and fuel oil. The vapour-permeability allows sealing of which is sensitive to water and increased dampness substrate. Very good economic results can be achieved by combining KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 740 with KLB-SYSTEM EPOXY EP 727 E which offers good adhesion on different, even old substrates.
